It’s not impossible but fuck is it ever hard. I can only compare weight loss to university and schooling. It sucks in the moment and it takes a hell of a lot of time, effort and sacrifice but when you get that diploma or hit that goal weight there’s nothing more satisfying. If you want to lose weight it’s not a walk in the park, it takes a lot of willpower and sacrifice and you have to really want it. The good new is that anyone and I mean anyone is capable of it. I know a lot of people going through pcos and other massive obstacles and yeah it’s going to be harder for you but you can’t let that be an excuse. It just means it’s going to be that much more rewarding when you get there. Love you guys and go out and slay it tomorrow!!!! .. . . . . ________________________________ #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #weightlossmotivation #weightlossjourney #weightlosstransformation #transformation #transformationtuesday #fit #fitspo #fitness #diet #excercise #dietplan #beforeandafter #beforeafter #beforeandafterweightloss #saved #newme #loveyourself #glowup #fattofit #fatloss #fat #obese #obesetobeast #girl #me #blonde

Self worth People sometimes confuse self love with a big ego. The two are totally different. A person with a big ego thinks they’re better than others. A person who loves themselves doesn’t think they are better or worse than others. Comparing is useless, as we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Focusing on one or the other is not the whole picture. If you love yourself, you know that you are worthy of love, of good things in life, and that you are capable of unlimited great things. You will inspire others to learn the same about themselves as well. ❤️ . . . . ___________________________________ .#fitness #fitgirls #fitspo #weightlossmotivation #weightlosstransformation #weightlossmotivation #weightlossjourney #weightlifting #fitgirl #fitspiration #fitstagram #gym #gymmotivation #gymrat #gymlife #diet #healthyeating #healthy #healthylife #health #healthybody #transformation #transformationtuesday #beforeandafter

Excuse my professional grade editing ? same person, different mindset, hell of a lot happier. You lose out on life when you’re unhealthy, I missed soooo much with friends and family because I was embarrassed or too out of shape to join in. I’ve been overweight for 90% of my like so that’s a lot of life that I missed. Stop waiting until Monday, or the first of the month, or until after a holiday, or when all the shorty food in the house is gone. I’m sorry to break it to you but that mindset will massively block you from your goals. __________________________ Find what works for you and starts RIGHT NOW! __________________________ Dietbet opens today! $35 sign up and get paid to lose weight! Todo surgió porque el chico que le gustaba le aseguró que nunca saldría con ella pues estaba gorda, así que de principio se mataba de hambre, pero después comenzó a hacer ejercicio y dejó de comer comida alta en calorías.

Don't forget that

Oh the things I do for you guys ??‍♀️ I’ve never shared this with people other than who are extremely close to me… I had a breast aug after losing 90 lbs to refill volume and correct the large disproportion between left and right breasts. ____________________________ I didn’t have a lift and I decided on the size I went (425 CC) so that it filled the volume out enough that I didn’t need one. I had liposuction on the right so correct the difference in size then implants put in under the muscle. I’m 7 months post surgery and mainly healed, my left implant still needs to drop a tiny bit or I’ll need to have a very minor touch up to release my pocket a bit more. _________________________________________________ Photos go as followed- ❤️ 1st- day of surgery vs current ❤️2nd- 2 days after surgery ❤️3rd – 1 weeks after surgery vs current ❤️4th- my itty bitty one inch scars!!!! _________________________________________________ I would never tell anyone to go out and have surgery to change themselves but I’m a massive supporter of plastic surgery for the right reasons. I think it’s amazing to be able to learn to love your body and all flaws but I was extremely unhappy previous to the surgery and I just wanted to feel “normal” I didn’t have the surgery to look sexier or have big boobs, I genuinely just wanted to feel like a normal 23 year old female. My insecurities were getting in the way of me having a healthy intimate relationship and I decided that it was something I wanted for myself. I think plastic surgery should be to make yourself happier and more confident and not to please anyone else. One simple surgery changed my life and how I feel about myself and I have a hard time seeing why anyone would have an issue with that. I think if you’ve taken a long time to think of plastic surgery it something you truly want and it will make you feel happier and more confident in yourself you should absolutely do it. .. . . . #plasticsurgery #breastaugmentation #beforeandafter #beforeandafterweightloss #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #surgery #cosmeticsurgery #implants #boobs #boobies
