Love yourself, ladies! . . It has taken me YEARS to get where I am professionally, personally, emotionally, and spiritually… and I appreciate every twist and turn on the journey. I am still growing and learn something new about myself every day. The most important thing I’ve learned since I turned 35 (… I know… ew…?) is that my worth cannot be measured against anyone else. As women, we are held to such high standards in such trivial areas- primarily aesthetics. Take time for yourselves, mama. My daughter will be six in July and I have FINALLY reached my post-baby goal weight which has been super hard. I feel AMAZING. ??. I still have <many> days where I feel gross or tired or old or stressed, but things like my daughter’s sweet smile or a win at work boost me right back up! . . .
